Explanation

Two different sign blade type dislocation on the parallel slip plane. When the distance between their slip plane is 30~lOnm, because of the dislocation suction field, one dislocation is located above the other, reaching some equilibrium and forming a whole dislocation configuration. It is an important form. Because it creates a local stress field, it not only affects the mechanical properties of crystal, but also plays an important role in physical and chemical aspects.
