又称无磁性钢、非磁性钢，没有铁磁性从而不能被磁化的钢。在钢中添加大量的镍、锰、铬、铜、氮等扩大奥氏体区的合金元素，使奥氏体转变点A3降到常温以下，在常温下保持奥氏体组织（非磁性的组织），即可得到奥氏体钢。
