Explanation
It refers to the cement made without using or using a small amount of Portland cement clinker as an alkaline activator. It is made of active mixed materials (such as granulated blast furnace slag, fly ash, volcanic ash, steel slag, etc.) and alkaline activator (such as lime, etc.) or sulfate activator (such as gypsum), and grinded in proportion.
