pure copper that contains neither oxygen nor any deoxidizer residue. But in reality, it still contains very trace amounts of oxygen and some impurities. According to the standard, the content of oxygen in the medium shall not exceed 0.003%, and the total content of impurities shall not exceed 0.05%. The purity of copper is greater than 99.95%. According to the oxygen content and impurity content, it is further divided into number one and number two. The purity of No.1 copper reaches 99.97%, with oxygen content not exceeding 0.003% and total impurity content not exceeding 0.03%. The purity of No.2 copper reaches 99.95%, with oxygen content not exceeding 0.003% and total impurity content not exceeding 0.05%. No hydrogen embrittlement, high conductivity, good processability, weld performance, corrosion resistance and low temperature performance. It is mainly used as a component of wave tube, vacuum tube, transistor, glass metal sealing, coaxial cable and as a stabilizing treatment component of superconducting magnet winding.
