A structure in igneous rocks where crystal particles of minerals can be distinguished by the naked eye. The rock with is called phaninite. Most plutonic intrusive rocks and some hypabyssal igneous rocks have this structure, such as granite, diorite, gabbro, etc. According to the size of mineral particles, they can be divided into coarse grain structure (>5mm), medium grain structure (1-5mm), and fine grain structure.
