A method for preparing nano particles. The initial state of preparing powder materials is liquid. Homogeneous solution is obtained through solution reaction. The precursor of the required powder is obtained after solvent removal, and fine powder is obtained through pyrolysis. This method has the advantages of simple equipment, easy access to raw materials, high purity, good uniformity, accurate chemical composition control, etc., but its application scope is narrow, and it is mainly used for the preparation of oxide nanomaterials. Common liquid-phase reaction mainly include precipitation method, hydrothermal method, sol-gel method, microemulsion method and spray method.
