Production involves first drawing the circuit schematic diagram connecting electronic components into an actual wiring diagram according to the circuit design requirements and making it into a mask. Organic resin usually include phenolic resin, epoxy resin, bismaleimide triazine (BT) resin, etc. The printed circuit board provides mechanical support for electronic components in the integrated circuit, and also provides interconnection paths between electronic components.
