For some displacement solid solution, when the temperature is low, different kinds of atoms are regularly and periodically arranged on the lattice position, which is called ordered phase. However, above a certain temperature, this regularity does not exist at all, which is called disordered phase. The regular production or loss of this arrangement of the synsolution at this temperature (called phase transformation temperature or curie point), accompanied by changes in structural symmetry, is called the order disorder phase transformation. This ordered structure is also known as a superstructure of disordered structures.
