Explanation
Also known as hydrosol, it is a substance that can increase the viscosity of dispersion or solution and reduce flow ability. They are hydrophilic macromolecule compounds, which can keep the system in a uniform and stable suspension state or opaque state, or form gel. There are many kinds, and they can be divided into three categories according to their sources: natural polymer compounds, semi synthetic macromolecule compounds, and synthetic macromolecule compounds. It is widely used in food, coatings, adhesive, cosmetics, detergent, printing and dyeing, rubber, medicine and other fields.
