The method of drawing liquid metal into mold (mold) by vacuum. After the casting solidifies, the vacuum is released, and the excess metal liquid will automatically flow back to the crucible. The obtained castings have dense microstructure and good mechanical properties. It can manufacture hollow castings with a certain wall thickness, suitable for the production of small aluminum or copper alloy parts. The metal utilization rate is high, and the wall thickness of the casting can be as small as 0.75mm.
