Explanation
Traditionally, metamorphic rock formed by metamorphism of igneous rock is called, and metamorphic rock formed by metamorphism of sedimentary rock is called paranenenebd metamorphic rock. However, since the original rock of metamorphic rock includes both igneous rock or sedimentary rock and transitional volcanic sedimentary rock, it is not entirely appropriate to simply divide metamorphic rock into orthometamorphic rock or paranenenebd metamorphic rock.
