Also known as bearing alloy, it is a materials used to manufacture sliding bearings. It shall have the following properties: ① good wear resistance and wear reduction performance. It is not easy to wear and wear the shaft during load operation, so low friction coefficient and good lubrication performance are required; ② Have certain compressive strength and hardness, and have sufficient fatigue strength and bearing capacity; ③ Good plasticity and impact toughness, able to withstand vibration and impact, and ensure good fit between shaft and bearing; ④ With good anti seizure property, alloy surface is easy to absorb lubricating oil to form oil film to improve lubrication and reduce friction; ⑤ Good compliance, that is, alloy can improve the surface fit of shaft and bearing through elastic deformation; ⑥ Good embeddedness can embed hard coarse particles through plastic deformation during load operation, avoiding scratches on the shaft and bearing shells; ⑦ It should have good thermal conductivity, corrosion resistance, and a small coefficient of thermal expansion. The microstructure of C is that hard phase particles are evenly distributed on the soft phase matrix, or soft phase particles are evenly distributed on the hard phase matrix.
