It is also called pearlite heat resistant steel. A heat resistant steel whose microstructure in the normalizing state is composed of pearlite plus iron or bainite. Its alloy element content is low and its process performance is good. It is widely used for components of power equipment and petroleum equipment working below 600 ° C. It can be divided into steel for boiler tubes, steel for gas pockets, steel for fasteners and steel for rotors according to the use. The alloy elements in steel are mainly chromium and molybdenum, and most of them are multi-element composition alloy, but the total amount of alloy elements generally does not exceed 5%, which belongs to low alloy steel.
