After plastics is plasticized in the heating barrel of the injection molding machine, the plunger or reciprocating screw is injected into the mold cavity of the closed mold to form a plastics processing method of the product. The machine is abbreviated as an injection molding machine and consists of two parts: an injection device and a clamping device. The function of the injection device is to heat plastics into a flowing state, and apply high pressure to inject plastics melt into the mold. Injection devices include plunger type, pre plasticizing type, and reciprocating screw type. The clamping device is used to lock the fixed and moving molds of the mold, and to achieve mold opening and closing actions and eject the finished product. The important process conditions include the influence of plastics raw material plasticization and cooling temperature, injection pressure and corresponding action time. Temperature control includes: barrel temperature, nozzle temperature, and mold temperature. In the injection molding process, the pressure including plasticizing pressure and injection pressure process conditions directly affect the plasticization of plastics and product quality. The time required to complete an injection molding process is called the molding cycle, also known as the molding cycle.
