Explanation

Liquid forming process of metallic materials. The molten metal is poured, shot or sucked into the mold cavity, and after solidification, it becomes a casting with certain shape and properties. The characteristic is that the metal is formed in one go, with high process flexibility and low cost. Generally, sand foundry and special casting can be selected according to the type, size, batch and quality requirements of alloy castings. Mechanized automation equipment can be used for mass production.
