Explanation

The structure of rock is composed of two different mineral particles. Generally, the structure whose matrix is aphanitic or glassy is called porphyritic texture. If the content of speckle crystals exceeds that of the matrix, it is called a multi speckle structure. The phenocryst is obviously less than the matrix, so it is called less phenocryst structure.
